I'll be honest I am not sure he will ever be convicted of anything due to the span of time that has occurred but I can't say it ruins my day to know he will probably be chased around with various lawsuits until one of the participants in said lawsuits are no longer here.

@momtochloe  I assume you mean one of the parties?

Sorry @Pearlee I was trying to word it as politely as I could but I think we all know which participant (meaning participant in the lawsuit) I was speaking of.

Re: Bill Cosby to Be Retried

According to the NY Post, Bill Cosby's lead defense lawyer wants out - he doesn't want to be involved in the retrial.  From the article in today's issue:

"Montgomery County Judge Steven O’Neill, who oversaw the June trial, has yet to approve the lawyer’s motion to withdraw. ,,,While McMonagle has not publicly commented on his decision to leave, past reports have indicated he was unhappy with the way Cosby’s devoted spokesman handled the trial — often speaking publicly without McMonagle or Agrusa."

The full article is in the Page Six section of the Post.

Yes, his lawyer is out (Mcconagle).  I don't blame him, that guy had a little too much to say everyday and he is not his lawyer!
