@just bee  My daughters sister-in-law is a chocolatier and has a shop in Pennsylvania with all those pretty handmade, fancy treats.

She makes the best chocolate covered apples I ever had.

I can't say I've ever had a chocolate-covered apple.  I'm intrigued! Woman LOL

I've never seen or heard of Sees chocolates except reading about it here. Lindt truffles for the money is good enough for me. Melts beautifully. I have a bag of Hersheys now and its so waxy. I like Heath bars too also made by Hersheys but better. Years ago Fanny Farmer was great.

My Granddaughter is a healthy eather  but she does love her some good chocollate.  I was hopeing to maybe get her a "chocolate of the month kind of thing  for her birthday..

Any suggestions?

How old is your granddaughter?

The reason I ask is that my parents were big fans of See's Candies and their products became a part of my high school and college years.  There was always See's in the house.

When I went off to college (late 70s) I'd occasionally get a notice inside my mailbox that there was a package for me at the Post Office.

My parents would send me a box of See's strawberry creams.  I'll never forget that.

Happy memories. Heart
