The one TSV box they had at Christmas time was an unbelievable deal. The box was beautiful, and there was actually 3 different gifts inside that could have been gifts.

I opened the large box, and intantly melted my desire to give ANY of it away! All of it was so good, I kicked myself for not buying 2 of those.

Did anyone else get the Christmas TSV? It was only $59(ish) and there was so much product in that box. All different stuff thought, so I kept it all Smiley Happy Great buy!

@gabstoomuch  That Bounty Box was incredible!  I ordered one and ended up ordering a second Bounty Box because it was such a great deal.  Most of my Beekman stuff is for me (and a little for DH), but I have gifted a couple bars of soap to a few family members.

Nothing about the Beekman products are exceptional when they usually include some pretty noxious stuff, like Methylisothiazolinine to name one, a strong industrial preservative and a potent allergen.  Why mix natural things with poisons.  Beekman is anything but natural.  I also "love" their gimic, the baby goat.  Makes me wonder -- they're pulling wool, rather goat hair, over everyones eyes.  Yes, absolutely, I believe they milk all those animals by hand -- uh-huh.   Oh wait, that's really done mechanically inflicting pain, and then they mix everything in the kitchen sink.  What a farce!!!!  Their business background proves they're so bogus.

@HappyDaze, thanks so much for sharing the info about this special. I'm still enjoying that bar of Beekman soap you sent me. Thank you again for that!! Smiley Happy I'm really surprised at how long it lasts, because it sounded as though it would only last for about a month. Smiley Happy

@bebe777 you are welcome! Smiley Happy I can't remember, did I send you the honeyed grapefruit or the vanilla absolute? I remember trying to decide which one you might like better but they both smell sooo good! I am not even a huge vanilla scent person, as you know, but love the vanilla absolute scent in this because it smells warm and cozy. Yes, the bars last forever. i think someone said it only lasted them a few weeks and thought that was crazy because my husband uses it at least once a day and it lasts us at least 5 weeks.

@HappyDaze, you sent me the grapefruit soap and it smells wenderful... tee hee.Smiley Wink

I think I finally started using the Beekman bar sometime in December. I've been very frugal with my bar, but it's been 4-6 weeks and it's still only half gone (which is in line with your combined use). I just give it a quick pass over my skin and then lather up. *s*

I can understand where you are coming from with regard to vanilla. I either love Vanilla scents (as with some of my perfumes) and Chaz's 613, or I really dislike it. I tend to think that the vanilla scents I dislike are probably scents that use the much cheaper artificial vanillin. *uggg!*

Chaz actually uses both vanilla and vanillin in his 613 line (but he uses more real vanilla because it is listed higher in the ingredients deck). I have been using 613 for 3-4 years and I only realized that vanillin was an ingredient recently. lol, I'm just glad that I like the 613 scent. Smiley Happy

I've enjoyed watching the Beekman, Skinn and Isomer shows on evine because I've learned more about the various ingredients from these shows.

I had been using what I thought were better soap brands on my skin. But while they don't have the detergent type ingredients, they all use safonified palm and/or coconut oil.

During one of the Beekman presentations, Dimitri (from Skinn) popped and mentioned that the Beekman soaps use unsafonated oils which are pH neutral and don't break down the skin's acid mantle. -- It's taken about a month (which is the amount of time it takes to grow new skin) and I can feel that my skin isn't as dry as it was before. I don't need to use as much of the Wen oils to keep my skin whole and hydrated during the winter months. Thank you again for your thoughtful gift!! Smiley Happy I'm impressed!!!

I'm really curious about the other scents for the Beekman soaps. The grapefruit scent was so surprisingly good, that I think probably all of the scents have been crafted with care.

btw, I'd love to catch up with you. My late afternoon (after 4pm ET)/evening is pretty well open, so if you have some free time and would like to give me a ring that would be wenderful!! There's also some info that I'd like to share with you. Smiley Happy

I have so many bars of their soaps I could open my own shop. What I have will last me at least a year... or two? lol

I don't need anything but will be watching.
