Thinking about my childhood and what at the time I assumed was common, like bedtime snacks, has me wondering.

I still have ice cream before I go to bed, do you have a bedtime snack?

No snacks for me at all during the whole day, part of my own weight control plan, no in between meal snacks.

I have some ice cream every night, but not right before bedtime.  Usually around 8pm.

I sometimes snack a few hours before bedtime while watching TV and I'll have either a few cookies, nuts, fritos or fruit.  I try not to eat too much - but have just a little something.

The way I eat now is a main meal at lunch between 11:30 & 1:00 ususally.  Then I have a snack in early/mid evening - like cheese and crackers, a cup of soup, something light.  If I want something sweet I'll have a tootsie pop or a piece of taffy.  I used to have to have a bigger sweet snack every evening - cake, pie, cookies, ce cream, etc.  Now I just have something like that occasioally.

I sometimes eat a banana, and a small 1/2 cup of skim milk.  Depends how early/late my dinner was.  Not every night.  Once in a while, a few graham crackers or 3 Biscoff cookies.

Not usually--dinner is my last meal of the day but if I need something, I opt for a small protein nibble, a few nuts, hard boiled egg, cheese slice--something not too salty and not sweet

 I haven't had a tootsie pop in years. I need to get some; they were always a favorite. Thanks for reminding me of them.

Never had them as a kid at least not that I can remember and surely do not eat them now
