I sometimes eat a banana, and a small 1/2 cup of skim milk.  Depends how early/late my dinner was.  Not every night.  Once in a while, a few graham crackers or 3 Biscoff cookies.

Don't start me on Biscotti cookies. I cannot buy the Big jar at Costco. They are addicting. My aunt made them every year at holidays and so good. Being Italian loved them.

I will have yogurt sugar free with cut up apple, a banana and almonds and top with whip cream if I did not have a big dinner.  My dinners are usually small around 3 or 4pm.

@lynnie61's Biscoff cookies are not La Dolce Vita biscotti.

I know this because I am currently in remission.  It was long and difficult, but I had to face reality and give up the biscotti after years of addiction. Woman Embarassed

It's that crunch...

I have been having a Russel Stovers Sugar Free Chocolate Mint every night before bed for years and years.  The the price exploded and I stopped buying them.  The price is finally back down to $1 higher than it was when I stopped, so, it's back on my shopping list  and I'll have one tomorrow night.  It was hard to break that addiction for several months

My bedtime snacks are usually a few fresh berries and almonds or a mandarin or some kind of fruit. When it's hot, I love an Outshine frozen fruit bar.

@just bee   @qvcaddition   Never a big biscotti lover.  My Biscoff cookies (pictured) are one of my favorites.  Used to get them as a snack on Delta!  Soooo good.   😉🤣😉🤣

Haven't tried Biscoff (yet) but I've been on a BelVita kick.

My childhood snacks were usually popcorn, pudding, jello, apples, oranges, and nuts.  Dad wouldn't touch cooked turnips, but he would peel and slice raw ones, which we salted and ate while watching TV.  I very rarely eat after 6 now, but occasionally want mini carrots and dip, plain popcorn, or crackers with peanut butter.
