Becorn Baby Followup

[ Edited ]

@SouthernBee @SportyShorty07 @on the bay @DSD2 @monicakm @shoe kitty @Alsace Gal @lynnie61

  I hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas.

This is just a followup to let everyone know about my daughter's reaction to the Becorn baby that I gave her for Christmas.

  She was totally surprised. I had never even told her that I saw the Becorn videos that she told me about. She never would have guessed that I had made one for her.

 She absolutely loved her gift. She teared up when she opened it and said "It's a Becorn Baby Jesus". That was very fitting, since it was a Christmas gift, although not my original intention. I only thought of making a baby after I found that curved piece of pine bark, so perfect for a cradle.

 During our visit, she couldn't stop looking at it and kept admiring her little Becorn Baby.

 She also loved the Becorn calendar and was surprised that I got it for her. David Bird's photography is exquisite, creative and so adorable with Becorns, birds, chipmunks and flowers in such lovely nature scenes.

 I think that David sells notecards with Becorn art. If he has some available, I'll get some for her birthday in March.

@HLP  Becorn Animals are designed and photographed by a photographer named David M. Bird.  David takes acorns, pine cones, moss, tree bark, flowers and other found natural things and creates figurines of miniature creatures and people.  David M. Bird photographs these creations and puts them on his website for people to see. Davidmbird dot com.  Enuffstuff was inspired by David's artwork and created her own Becorn baby as a gift for her daughter and she posted it on the QVC forums for people to see. 😊

I knew she would love it!  I received my Becorn calander from the artists website and it is stunning. His photography is stellar. Also, he adds funny, fitting captions by each photo the calander makes a wonderful gift to yourself or someone who appreciates birds and wildlife. I am a bird person, so I related. But those Becorns omg they are toooo cute

@We rescue cats @HLP

   On December 12th, in Community Chat, I  posted  pictures of a Becorn baby that I made as a gift for my

                             daughter to surprise her for Christmas.

                               Several of our forum friends wanted to

                             know what her reaction was when she  opened her gift. That is why I posted a followup.

                               If you would like to see it, just type Becorn

                              Baby in the "Search Forums & Blogs" space

                              at the top of this page. Then click on the

                              drop down "Becorn Baby" and you can see

                              the pictures.

    @We recue cats   I hope that you enjoy the calendar. David's

                               photography is beautiful.
