HSN tends to have excellent customer service. Out of curiosity I took a look at the free shipping offer and there was actually an asterisk that stated exclusions apply. I am not purchasing anything so I had no need to dig deeper, but I am sure your answer would be in the details.

Lots of skin care and cosmetics brands on HSN have always shipped free, I think a deal is struck between HSN and the vendors like they recently did with Perlier. I am thinking the Skinn items that show shipping is just a computer glich, at least that is being hopeful.

I just took a look on HSN, all Skinn items have free shipping, only ones that dont are SOLD OUT

But lets not forget that the Amazon free shipping comes with a price tag, which is why I dont have Prime, spend 35 and get free shipping is my choice. I find much better deals elsewhere than on amazon for the most part.
