Yes, they play games with shipping fees-Once ( only few weeks ago) I ordered a TS in the morning and there was a fee, but I bought it- Two hours later I looked again and same item was free shipping, and they would never credit you automatically. I called and still they claimed they couldn't credit my card back but gave me HSN credit ( but they didn't). Sure enough two hours later, same item had shipping fees again! So wrong... Be careful.

As per usual there are details to the free shipping offer.

As per usual there is an asterisk * indicating some of the exclusions.

@SharkE I just put one in my cart and headed to the checkout and it's free shipping now. They must have fixed it.

Today I noticed something on HSN. Skinn Cosmetics items have always had free shipping. Not anymore. I don't know how they decide, but some items ship free and there are others with a fee added.

I was looking at some things on HSN earlier in the evening and even though the "details" of the "Free Shipping on Everything" didn't exclude anything like clearance, sale, etc., I noticed that any of the items on clearance that I looked at still had the shipping attached.

I couldn't be bothered to order anything.

OK--well I watched HSN shows on Origami shelving Sunday and everything was on free shipping --as the host often said with each item that was presented. That would make me extremely angry, @SharkE .
