Cute on toddlers/little kids. Otherwise, no. My son, his friends and my nieces (all 18-20) find it ...well, those that wear it like that are looked upon as belonging to a certain crowd. And, no, it's not a positive opinion.On campus, it's the frat boys/meat heads (their terms) that wear it like that   No different back in my day. 

Add in the men who wear their sunglasses in a certain way so the shades hang under their chin AND the backwards baseball cap and I can hear my Aunties saying "why, isn't he Special...Bless his heart".
