Their systems are horribly, miserably antiquated, outdated and broken. 

 

I ordered an item and everything seemed fined.

 

After many days, with no update, I checked order status.   It was put on wait list.

 

I had no clue it was waitlisted and was able to cancel completely. 

 

It's a wonderful system for 1987, which is what many seem to prefer
