Just found out that I was still being charged for two easy pay items despite the fact that they were returned and had received confirmation!!! This is ridiculous, careless and unethical. CHECK your returns carefully

I'd tell you not to check just returns at QVC, but every charge and return everywhere!
One of the places I save most often is the supermarket where it's not at all uncommon to be charged full price for both BOGO items, to be charged incorrectly for lots of produce, etc.
I've even been charged twice for an item I bought at a craft show which I willingly paid several hundreds of dollars for - I just wasn't willing to pay twice for it. Got my money back, but it came with totally lame reason from the seller.
Just keep in mind that no one cares about your money more than you do. Take good care of it because no one else does - not anywhere! @PABoater you're kidding yourself if you think QVC is different when it comes to any kind of charges.

That's happened to me too in the past, you do have to double check. They do, but should not make mistakes from time to time.

I make notes on orders and returns for everything I order online.

@PABoater This recently happened to me TWICE, the 2nd time it took 7 phone calls to have it corrected, I know it was December and everybody was overwhelmed but REALLY?

I recently looked for my refund from QVC on a returned item that should have been refunded a month ago. I saw on line that it said "returned" but it didn't state the amount that was refunded. That's because they never refunded me!! (I guess they forgot?) They did refund me right away but if I didn't notice it, they would have made double the money after they sold that item again. I'm reading this kind of situation happening more and more lately....makes you wonder!

Sometimes the return crosses over with the next easy pay which is often a pending transaction.
It can be frustrating but nothing happens overnight and considering the volume of returns any vendor handles it's amazing that most transactions happen without a hitch.

This has happened to me. QVC rec'd my return for a refund on the same day my next easypay was due so I was charged the next easy pay. One phonecall took care of the matter very quickly. CS couldn't have been better.
