Yesterday and this morning I placed an order for items that said they were in stock. When I checked the order status on them just now, it says backordered on both. What's with that and now I don't even know when I might receive them. They are gifts for Christmas, so I would really like to know.

Mine did the same thing. Good thing we went in to check the status. I had to cancel mine, and reordered in another color. The item had free shipping, but now to get it before Christmas, I had to pay for faster shipping. Which faster shipping with QVC, yeah...that isn't a thing. The shipping and customer contact about backorders has really hit a new low.
