@LillyandHobo I so agree with you.  QVC thinks we work for them, demanding we return items that they send in error.

 

I guess the problem here is that they are only sending one, instead of a pair?  And they won't even let you cancel the order for the wrong item they misled you into purchasing???  At a minimum, if QVC expect the item be to be returned for a full vcredit, perhaps a more just proposal would be for QVC should offer a credit of half the price for those who choose to keep the item or can't send it back.  

 

Of course the right thing should be no charge, since they are not sending what you ordered.

I found the best tweezers at ulta for $3.  Originally purchased them when I needed something small for free shipping.   Went back for more they are that good.   Have a pair in my office,  my purse, my travel bag and bathroom.

I imagine that the item is too far in the process to get it back.  
Call Customer Service when you get it; they will likely make an adjustment.
