Automated call from QVC ref a wrong airing

A660597 Spa-Rific Ombre Italian Slant Tip Tweezers I ordered these the other night during a presentation with Kourtney and a host from the tweezer company. It was supposed to be a duo for 19.99 ...now QVC says it was an error but I am unable to cancel the order! Call me crazy I just don't think its right to have a call a few days after an order to find out it was not the same deal as aired and shown on the screen! UGH

That is not fair. QVC should "eat" the error. Any orders that come in after that would see the correct price and it's up to them whether they want to order it or not. I remember when something like this happened at a Store, you get the item for whatever price is listed.

A woman on face book said she either got a call or an email about that.  They gave her two options.  Return it at QVC's expense or keep it.  They apologized for their error.  Like it or not, mistakes to happen.  No person, no company, no corporation is perfect.

I understand that mistakes happens but I feel like QVC should have to accept this and honor what was advertised to the customers that purchased during the on air presentation any future sales can be as it was intended.

@Sage04  I agree with you. A few years ago Walmart had a great Black Friday sale on a laptop, I did not go shopping during those hours but I went shopping later and saw that great price on the laptop, I ask the associate for assistant to purchase and he said this is your lucky day we have to honor that price and said it was only for a few hours on Black Friday but they failed to change the price after the sale. After my purchase they were changing the price on the remaining laptops.

It was presented on line as a duo for 19.99 not one. That is the problem.

Yes ur correct 2 for 19.99 not one. It was aired as such and on their screen shot!

I have a pair of these tweezers.  Save your money or better yet get Tweezerman.
