I have a facebook account but this forum has way too many cliques and pettiness. 

WAY TO GO   QVC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I think there are a lot that buy very little and bash the Q.

Then, there are buyers that return 90% of what they buy and blame the Q

Then, there are the ones that are snide, caustic and condescending

Then there is that very few that are nice.  Those are the ones I feel sorry for because I know they'll miss this here.

I don't know if you're familiar with Delphi forums? They've been around for many years and I can probably say that they're probably one of the first message boards that have been around.

It's free to join Delphi for a basic membership. 

Some of us are over there posting in a group called Wisteria Lane.

You can search for it in the Delphi search bar to get there. They talk about QVC and HSN products among other things, and someome from here started a Refugees thread within that same group.

I'm not a FB member, but I would suggest NOT using real names, cities, and anything else that can be tracked.

Here, we are anonymous.  'Over there', probably not so much unless we use faux info.

Just my opinion, since I don't know anything about FB.

Facebook has a history of data being stolen.

In April of this year, 533 million FB users had their personal info stolen. It includes their phone numbers, Facebook IDs, full names, locations, birth dates, bios, and, in some cases, email addresses.

If you choose to continue with QVC this way, I'd advise to NOT use your personal FB account. That gives them access to not only you, but all your friends and families. You must have your privacy set up tight, however you are still not guaranteed safety from hacks.

I would expect that the Q  will lose some shoppers by closing the forums.  It was a good place for us to ask each other about items being presented on the Q.  But who knows, they may not care to lose a few thousand shoppers!  Just my humble opinion, and I've been wrong before!  HA    Oh, and I will not be posting on Facebook, they are very one-sided in their views and their  uh...."reporting"!!   Sounds like Facebook might be getting a lot new customers.....hmmmmmm
