Are a lover of classical music? We listen to it a lot--but along with rock, jazz, and lots of other genres.

We often listen to classical guitar, piano, symphonic and some opera selections (not often an entire opera).

Are you a fan? Do you have favorites you would like to share?  I just thought this might be a fun topic.

I am a huge fan of Vivaldi's Four Seasons...all of it.

I can' t listen to it in my car, though.  It makes me drive too fast.  I get so lost in the music.

My son plays classical guitar...like that too.

I like all music, but what I find amazing is my country boy husband really likes classical music he says it just makes him feel so relaxed. He will listen to it with his headphones when cutting grass....you would have to know my husband to know why it amazes me....but I love it and him.  His friends get a big kick out of it too.

Yes big fan of classical. Grew up with it & we had a piano both my sister & I took lessons.  

Passacaglia is my current favorite & I would love to learn how to play it.

       I like many different kinds of music, Folk, Blues, Bluegrass, Rock,Funk, New Age, Gregorian Chant, Irish, Italian (Andrea Bocelli), Greek, Middle Eastern, Reggae,Jazz, Oldies, Motown DoWop. I don't care for Rap or Country.

 I also enjoy some Classical music, Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite and Swan Lake. I like Vivaldi's Four Seasons and at our wedding my music choices were Vivaldi's Spring, Pachelbel's Canon in D, Ave Maria and Paul Stookey's Wedding Song.

My mom was a classical violinist, and we had classical music playing constantly in our home.  I had little interest in listening to the popular genre even as a teen.  Certainly not today.  I enjoy Celtic folk music, old style C&W, some "elevator" music types but nothing jarring.
