To be a Teen Mom on MTV. In court, it was revealed Teen Mom Amber Portwood (charged with three Class D felonies– 2 counts of domestic battery and one count of Neglect of a Dependent – as well as one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery on her former fiancé and "baby daddy", Gary Shirley) earns $280,000/year (i.e. $140,000 for every 6 months she films the show).
