I am not using the App. I use a MacBook Air. I can see my order history and I have been able to see it since Sunday. Maybe try a computer.

I use very few apps. Go to the website.

The website has been wonky to totally unavailable for the past several days, so maybe now it's the app's turn to get an "update".

hi @RescueLover That is what I do and it works for me too . This website has been wonky since Sunday sure hope they get all the issues so,ved soon .

@JoePepi. Don't use the app; go directly to qvc.com. At one point yesterday, I had to change browsers to access QVC.

Did you remove the app from your phone and then go to the app store and put it back on? That often works. I have had not problems with the app.

On my computer I can't see my orders using Brave but I can see them using Safari or Chrome.
