Its environmental working group. They have posted that my make up and perfume that I bought here.....some of them are really bad for you. It really scares me as I had cancer years ago. I just bought some lotion and spray. Any thoughts?

Yes, you should be concerned! Many products, not just on here, are advertised as clean beauty but are not. I use EWG a lot.

I've always felt clean beauty is iffy. There are no regulations that I'd trust. RMS may come the closest.

I read somewhere that there is not such thing as "clean beauty".  It's just another marketing tool to lure us in. Just read the labels and be aware of what you are putting in or onto your body.

It bothers me that LG claims to be clean yet uses talc in her B & B compacts?  I thought most companies had moved away from using talc by now.

It can be interesting indeed.

After extensive allergy testing I have also learned to avoid fragrances, 'botanical extracts' and dyes too.

Label reading is fascinating isn't it?

Reason why beauty is a multi-billion dollar market & 99.99999% controlled by males.

@KKJ, I use tons of LG products and watch all the shows when she’s on but I have never heard her claim her products to be clean. Doris Dalton repeatedly claims her line is clean beauty but I’m not sure about that either.
