@Lucky Charm I also have a similiar acccount. I don't see how you could keep the verzon email if you dropped them, especially since they are Frontier now. That is why I stay, and I need wifi.

No, no problem with my AOL e-mails. Actually I'm not all that happy with AOL anymore and would love to change carriers. I don't because I'm afraid I will lose all my saved mail. Does anyone know if a change is made if there is a way to keep your current saved and folder mail?
Incidentally, recently I changed banks and called AOL to notify them of the change. I can't believe what I went through. I was on the phone for over an hour with a representative who asked me so many questions to prove who I am that I was ready to tell her to stuff it. AOL was the only company who made a simple transaction absolutely tedious and unnecessary. ![]()

@Lucky Charm, @wildlifewitch, and @Lindsays Grandma,
You can use the features offered by most email providers to electronically move all of your mail from one provider to another.
Just look up how to “import,” or “transfer,” or “migrate” all of your saved messages and contacts from your existing provider to another one, for specific instructions.
I set up a new Gmail account and then moved an enormous “MSN.com” mail account over to Gmail that way with no problems.

@newjersey, I haven’t used AOL mail in years. I tried a quick search, because I know Gmail sometimes “clips” messages that are extremely large and the recipient has to click on it to go to another full screen to see the expanded message... but so far I don’t see anything similar with AOL.
Do you know of anything you changed (settings, software, browser, addons/extensions, device, etc.) just before the problem began? Is only one recipient of your messages experiencing this, and if so does it only occur with messages you send her (and did she change anything just before it began)? Perhaps some AOL users here will have ideas, especially if we have a few more clues.

@newjersey, There’s a thread in the Electronics forum with several experienced AOL experts who might know what’s causing this.
