Anyone else experiencing some weirdness with their notifications?

Repeats from yesterday and earlier today (for which I have already received notifications) are popping up today.

The site has been off for a couple of days for me. It bounces to pages that I haven't asked for, like the Black Fridays Sales page. Maybe that's by QVC design??? Anyway it hasn't been it's "normal ".

Almost always anymore... The notifications rarely seem to be 'real time' these days...
