Anyone Else Get a Survey Request from QVC?

Today in my email, I received a request to complete a survey for QVC. It sounds like they're planning to make changes to the auto delivery program, as the questions were all about auto delivery. They asked you to rank each item as to its importance. Many of the questions were about a/d features that they're considering implementing, such as discounts, free samples, bundling similar items, etc. I'm curious when they'll decide to go ahead with these changes and which ones they'll choose.

I've been pretty happy with my a/d items, but one comment I made was about locking in the price. I've had many a/d items abruptly cancelled with no explanation, only to discover that the item(s) are still in stock, but at a higher price. Don't tell customers that they can lock in the price if you're going to cancel the a/d when the price goes up. I'm still missing my KC bacon-wrapped filet mignons! LOL.
