Re: Any thoughts on T Mobile

I switched to T mobile from Verizen and I like it so far.  If you need to talk to someone it is fairly easy and they are very helpful.  I have never been on hold for long.

Re: Any thoughts on T Mobile

Just read the fine print regarding "unlimited data." There are usually a few conditions on "unlimited data" regarding the speed of the data. There's typically a soft cap on the data you can use and then after hitting that cap, the speed drops a lot. (Sometimes down to 2g speed.) The reduced speed stays in place until the next month/billing cycle. Also, any streamed video is typically reduced in quality to standard definition instead of HD or 4K. If you don't use a lot of data, then fine. But, if you do use a lot, you can find yourself staring at a spinning "loading" symbol for a lot of the month. Check the fine print. And there's always fine print. They like to tuck it away and hide it a bit, but it's there if you look for it.

Re: Any thoughts on T Mobile

I've had T-Mobile ever since is was Voicestream. I have no complaints with the services or Charges. I LOVE the fact that I have free texting in the Caribbean, Mexico and Canada.

Been seeing the advertisements on TV for T Mobile and it has spiked my curiosity.  But we once switched from Verizon to Sprint (are they even still around?) and while the cost was good, the service was not.  More than half the time we didn't get reception.

Actually "Sprint" was bought out by "T-Mobile" which is owned by a french company I believe.
