Hi, @Oldfaithful ! Switched from ATT to T Mobile and couldn't be happier. We got an offer through Auto Club similar to yours but ultimately opted for a different plan. With the low price plan, your fees and charges can vary month to month. We opted for an all inclusive plan, higher but same charge every month. I'm even on waitlist for internet through T Mobile so I can ditch Cox, which is down more than up in our area at times. I have no experience with Verizon recently so can't comment on the comparison.

They also offer a deal just for seniors.

We switched to T-Mobile from AT&T over a year ago. We got new phones and a senior plan. We had a bit of an issue with initial billing. We were charged differently than the contract we bought. Took a few tries to get it resolved. No issues since, and our monthly bill is definitely less than our former AT&T bill.

@Oldfaithful I've been with T-Mobile for over 20 YRS!! After I retired they gave me unlimited everything with a fixed monthly rate of $34.00. I grabbed it.
I think the last time I had to call CS was about 5 yrs ago. Have absolutely flawless service. No complaints.

Been seeing the advertisements on TV for T Mobile and it has spiked my curiosity. But we once switched from Verizon to Sprint (are they even still around?) and while the cost was good, the service was not. More than half the time we didn't get reception.

@Oldfaithful I have used T-Mobile, from my experience....
I worked in a school where I took care of all our diabetic students. They all had the dexcom device which enables them to track their blood sugar levels on their phone. Spectrum was by far the worst service followed by T-Mobile. Many students could not receive service to keep track of their blood sugar levels if they had T-Mobile.
The only consistent carrier we never had problems with was Verizon. I know it depends on your area and how important it is for you to receive service. I would not go back to T-Mobile. I would stick with Verizon, unless good service is not that important to you.

Unfortunately, in my area Verizon works the best so we can't really shop around but I liked T-mobile when I lived in NC.
