I read a few articles about this and the horse was not in the aisle, but in the row. The passenger has to provide written plans for the disposal of waste and often the animal wears a diaper. These animals are highly trained to stay quiet and calm.

Air travel has to accommodate all kinds of people with a variety of special needs. Most trips are 4 or 5 hours or less. Being in the public requires us to be tolerant of others special needs. IMO, if you can't handle it for a few hours of your life, don't fly, or hire private.
