@bobby5

Hi there. No problem. My neurologist said I was describing classic temporal lobe seizures all along. They began suddenly when I was 21 and were nightmarish, so of course I was super anxious! But the doctors seemed to focus on my being upset, emotional, and terrified and missed the underlying CAUSE of that anxiety. My symptoms appeared when I was 21, as I said,  which often happens as the result of childhood head injuries. I had two severe concussions in accidents as a child, so it makes sense. The seizures actually increased in severity over time, and it all ended with the only grand mal seizure I ever had when I was 35. THAT got the doctors’ attention. After I got on the medication, all symptoms and the anxiety were gone. To me, it was like being reborn! But it need not have happened if doctors had only listened to me.
