fashion day on Monday. Didn't we just have one the other day. So now it's garden shows and fashion day shows. Please lets get some jewelry shows on. Almost every time I turn on EVINE they have jewelry shows on. Lets get some variety. I didn't know where to post this so I just put on the Community Forum. Thanks

It is impossible to please everyone.  I would rather watch paint dry than see jewelry or beauty shows. In my opinion QVC does try to please most of the people most of the time.

I read that Jewelry is not selling well and that includes in brick and mortar stores as well. As far as the garden shows, I rarely watch but I probably should so I could learn something new.....same with the Kitchen shows. The Fashion on QVC I still enjoy watching from time to time because when Linea is presented Louis does a really good job of putting his show together. I guess Q does it's best but we all can't be pleased.

Exactly.

I have no problem with the all day theme shows. I know some will cater to me and some will not and I am fine with that - as is my wallet. I don't watch all day anyway and record the shows I am interested in. I almost never watch QVC live, anyway.

Fashion sells could be down a lot, or the opposite, they may be the only thing selling.

The whole staff has to make money somehow.

I don't mind an all day event, even when it isn't my thing (couldn't care less about beauty fashion handbags shoes or jewelry).

What gets me is when they have an all day (or weekend) event in any of those areas listed above, the whole next week is mostly the same categories, with a couple of shows of 'something else' mixed in each day. 

I have said it before, and I'll say it again. Q now has two channels. Why don't them make one for the fashion/beauty/jewelry/shoes/bags, and the other one for the more outdoor/home/cooking/ type programming? OR, if Q has one type programming running, QPLUS has the opposite.

That way, everyone would have something more to their liking on at any given time.

Antonella just debuted a new show last night on QPlus.  It was come kind of cooking show that had her name in the title.  It was on at 11:00 p.m. 

I swear almost everytime I tune in to QPlus, Courtney is on with Dooney bags and it's not a recorded program.  It is live.  It seems Dooney has a standing Wednesday night time slot there.

The clothing selling season is almost over so they present these items often to sell as much as possible at full price before they have to be marked down. Same for gardening - selling season almost over. 

When we get closer to Christmas, the jewelry shows will be more frequent. But it will be lots of fashion til then as fall clothing is about to show up in the middle of the summer.

The spring/summer fashion rush is winding down and Carolyn said all gardening should be finished on or about June first.  Then we can brace ourselves and get ready for 6 months of Christmas programing.  Aren't we happy about that?
