@Mz iMac I have on occasion received a 20% off coupon from QVC, and it always came by email.  There's always stipulation, such as good for max $20 discount, or only on full price item, or minimum purchase of X dollar amount.

I don't know how they choose who to send the coupons to, but I suspect is random computer thingie.

Is that the one that came via email for the "Happy QCard Anniversary"?

If so, you have to play with the numbers that are in the code to see which of your keys will work.  '1' and 'I' are not interchangeable, neither are the 'O' and '0'.

Yes that is the one and I tried that sucker every way (I-1-O-0) and no go. So I e'd the wonderful Q Social Team and got my $10 off in 5 minutes. They are the BEST customer service ever. I always try them first and they are fast and friendly Thank you Susan in CS. You guys rock!

I got mine though an email.  I did use it.  This was the second one I received.  I got the first one and never did use it. For some reason.....I never used the wish list.  Mostly I buy jewelry.  Some tops but that's about it.
