I got a coupon that said it was good tthrough 4/14 for $10 off but it doesn't work. Why would they send me some code that doesn't work? It just makes me mad and so I didn't order the 2 tops I was going to. Bad CS Q! Don't make a promise (coupon) you don't keep.

@silkyk. Did you try to use it on a sale item? Probably won't work on anything but regular price merchandise.

Is that the one that came via email for the "Happy QCard Anniversary"?

If so, you have to play with the numbers that are in the code to see which of your keys will work. '1' and 'I' are not interchangeable, neither are the 'O' and '0'.
