That is a pretty bold statement, that many people who think the same would hesitate to say. 

I want to say the same, but don't know if I can be so bold as to totally disregard safety. For me, it is a very hard balancing point.

Or so they say. Where is the proof of that....their word? For that matter, how do you know what goes on in the NSA to counter ISIS. The FBI, CIA and NSA have knowledge of many things that we are not privy to. According to Ex Pat Edward Snowden, they have a lot more than anybody thinks they have, and he turned some of it over to foreign powers.  What a guy. The current opinion is that ISIS went off the grid to execute their latest act of destruction. That means nobody can trace them. If you think any of the countries of the Western world have been sitting around on their thumbs doing nothing as far as intelligence, you are mistaken. The fact of the matter is, no agency can be everywhere, which is why when France got a  message that an attack was planned, they had no knowledge of where, when, and how. It's easy to be an armchair quarterback when you're callilng it from your living room.
