I bet people are canceling European travel plans like crazy. I don't think I'd be enthusiastic about going.

I wonder if it's because of something they 'heard', you know, the chatter?
Otherwise, I think the terrorists have 'moved on' from there. Where their next target will be-- is what freaks me out the most.

Darn it all....I had plans of going to Paris.
Check that one off until later.
Had plans of going to Greece.... checked that one off too.
Now I have plans already in the works; paid for..... so that part of the world better stay out of trouble.

I'm okay with the ban. It's good to know there's folks looking out for us. Any 'incidents' involving our citizens would and could institute more war/battles.
Of course if you want to go to areas where there is emminent danger, go right ahead. It's done through other routes. Never expect your fellow countryman to have sympathy for you though.

They have been warning people for a long time about being on social media and advertising who they work for.

I guess the JV team has done more damage than was anticipated.

Could be their French counterparts don't want the interference while they are under martial law or they are just really sore at our president after all this and said "Allez vous!".
For those of you that haven't been to Paris, it's a beautiful city. Think NYC but they speak French with better architecture. Don't cross it off your list. They, like NYC, will come back stronger than ever and will welcome your spending money especially now that they will have some tight times to weather through with lots of other tourists deciding to stay away too.

I'll be flying to London the second week in December and have no plans to reschedule or cancel my journey.
