ITA.  The Q has a whole lot of catching up to do in order to get close to that of amazon's c/s.

@pommom - I hear you.  It's obvious they don't read all of the complaints on this forum - I've never seen so many complaints as have been posted lately.  Really sad the Q is going downhill fast.

I wonder if QVC is in trouble.  They've been offering the same old boring stuff for so long now, I never expect to see anything new.  I never watch but I do scroll through the list of what's been up.

They've raised their prices so much it's almost unbelievable.

@makena

I think I discovered their forum by accident and haven't gone back to check it!

The immediate credit for a return is a phenomenon i cant get over.

It is so great...

The Q OTOH, presents clothing on TV --- A does not.

But that MAY be a moot point when one can order from A, get free shipping; return at no charge. I did this with boots and bras.

A's prices are VERY sensitive to market pricing. I check theirs against the bay for supplements and A always has pricematched them.

They must have quite a sophisticated digital system.

@SeaMaidenWith QVC's  antiquated web site, repaired with duck tape, QVC will NEVER CATCH UP.   It is only a matter of time that QVC will gone. They just do not keep up with the times..... and will be left in the dust.

I've never had any deductions to a refund with Amazon.  I had to call them today with a shipping issue and I had the refund before I hung up the phone.  Can't beat that.

Lately, there are some issues with shipping.    Amazon has product variety over pretty much anybody, prices are best 9 times out of 10, and customer service is stellar.   But lately I've been having a packing issue here and there.

She said she would submit a report to that effect, on my behalf.    It's just that I feel like some are throwing stuff in a box without proper care.   I had a 30# bag of dog food in the usual too big box, along with a few smaller things one of which was a thin clamshell package of seeds.  Well, I bet that clamshell didn't even make it out of the warehouse intact.

The whole clamshell of seeds was emptied about the box and the weird thing was that the bottle of supplements ended up inside the clamshell!  Weird, that.  Anyway, I could have told ya that this wasn't going to work out.

@LTT1  Not to be picky, lol, but ebay has better prices on DVDs, usually.  I look at amazon, then go to ebay, and usually buy at ebay, but only if the price is best.

@chickenbutt  What is the phone number to call Amazon about a problem? I have needed to call and it seems I can never find a phone number.  Thanks so much!
