@Iwantcoffee  Not every cvs is a drop off. Next time you return read the list of options they give you.

Thanks for letting me know, @Janey2.!

@Rockycoast   As wonderful as Amazon is with fast deliveries and easy returns, be sure to read the descriptions carefully. A few times I've wanted to order something, it said "no returns". I stayed away from that item and vendor.

Yes, third party sellers do that.  Luckily, with so many options given by Amazon I have never ordered a non-returnable item from years of shopping with Amazon.

I very rarely return anything anywhere but Amazon does make it so easy. A few months back I made a purchase as a gift. It was a novelty shirt and I find with those sizing can be problematic. The top was too small. Started the process for the return only to be told not to bother returning, just keep it and they credited my account. That's the type of third party seller I love.

@Iwantcoffee - If you choose the option UPS drop off, Amazon will list stores in your general area that will accept Amazon returns, just our luck they listed a CVS location which is right down the street from us.

I'm around 8 miles from a UPS store and the store is off our busiest street. I am not a fan of returning orders. I think my only returns to Amazon was a couple orders of pairs of shoes that didn't fit. I do appreciate the quick refund.

@Iwantcoffee  As SoCal Bred stated, UPS is NOT your only return option.  Check your account to check out the list of places to take "returns" in your area.  You may find one much closer.

I love their return procedure too. A couple of times, Amazon told me to keep the item, and still refunded my money.

@deeva  A month ago, I received a 3 set of T-Fal frying pans which were supposed to include 3 lids according to the website.

When the pans arrived, no lids.  Called CS (which obviously was out sourced to India) who informed me Amazon cannot send me the lids separately (even though they are sold that way too) they would send me the complete items again.  She was going to email me that maze puzzle thingy to take to UPS to return my original pans.

Well, guess what?  Amazon sent me the exact same "NO LIDS" fry pans.   1 1/2 months later, I am still waiting for that maze looking thingy to take to UPS to return pans.

Now I have 2 sets of T-Fal fry pans w/no leads (I actually have my own lids that fit all 3 fry pans).   Going to give the 2nd set to the social director for one of their night game prizes.

I'd rather stick a return in my mailbox or have USPS pick it up from my house.  I don't want to have to drive to find a UPS store - or CVS.
