Re: Amazon - Thank my driver program

Thank you for sharing this.  I had three Amazon deliveries this week and last night I was able to gift the $5 tip to all of them.

The Amazon "Thank my driver" program is active again for a short time. If you have delivery notifications set up through Alexa, just simply say, "Alexa, thank my driver". I always thank my driver, and today Alexa responded saying she will give my driver a $5 reward to show appreciation. She also said this offering was for a limited time only, so I assume it's just for the holiday season.  Cha-ching for the drivers!  $$$ 😀

@LdyBugz

I love when they get rewarded!

When they came out with this holiday program a few years ago I continue to thank the driving even after the $5 tip promotion ended.

Not sure if it helps but it probably doesn;t hurt Smiley Happy

Re: Amazon - Thank my driver program

Thank you, @LdyBugz @for the reminder.

And thank you, @Kachina624, for letting us know that a thank you can be given online. I hadn't realized that.

It's a nice gesture that the company, regardless of their profits, didn't need to extend. Don't understand the need for the negative comments towards Amazon.

@Etoile308.  I got another delivery today so did it again.  In doing so, I read that each customer can do 5 of them.

I think some people didn't understand that Amazon pays the money.

Re: Amazon - Thank my driver program

What a great idea. Perhaps in hopes of getting the 'tip' ALL my local drivers will actually deliver packages to my door rather than leaving them unsecured in the lobby for me to haul upstairs, no matter the size. Smiley Wink
