I love shopping with Prime. When I had an issue, I called Customer Service, waited less than 5 minutes to talk to someone who took care of the issue.

That was during the Christmas season!

I had problems with Amazon Prime shipping last year.  I complained everytime and reminded them I was paying for 2 day free shipping.

 

I'm very careful and only order if it's something shipping from an Amazon warehouse. 

 

This year I've had no problems as I think they have the problem ironed out.  The post office makes deliveries to my neighborhood on Sundays also.

 

I order quite a bit.
