No, and we’re among Amazon’s best customers.

@MalteseMomma, doesn't QVC offer a preference for which notifications you want, if any? Most sites do.

I get some phisching, but I do not attribute it to Amazon.  I find the robocalls more annoying.  I just don't answer or click on anything unless I am familiar with who is trying to contact me.

I order from Amazon all the time and I don't get those kinds of emails.  I get lots of others, its as simple as the delete key.

Amazon is a huge convenience for me so even if I did get them it's just not that big a deal,

Amazon name appears in the address. I am assuming our number got sold by Amazon to a 3rd party.

@Twins Mom   That's not what happens.  I get phishing e-mails from places, and it doesn't mean that place sold my address or number.  It's just a spammer that uses widely used websites and businesses in their address to get you to open them.  I've read about this many times.

Not at all, but then I don't give out my cell phone number or do apps.  Glad there is yet another reason for that.  Smiley Happy

That's just the thing now - any company or association you do anything with not only will contact you relentlessly but share your info with others so that they can, also.

I've been with Amazon since 1999 and I never get any kind of solicitation.  I get the daily email with the 'deals of the day', emails about my orders, and that's it.

I wonder if there are some settings in your Amazon account that you can change to preclude all these communications.   Sure seems like there should be.
