Are Ali and Alberti wearing the same pants?  Is this a new trend?

I rarely watch SMQ due to the one male host so didn't see it. 

I suppose there are a few, very few, styles that are generic and could be worn by both males and females. But, I don't recall seeing these kinds on the Q. Did they say they were in the same pants? 

I watch that show, My Lottery Dream Home, and I love David but I am pretty sure he shops the women's department.

I doubt it. Probably just look similar but not the same. Slim black pants are fairly generic.

Don't understand why someone thinks they are wearing the same pant, other than color/shade and perhaps silhouette they are dissimilar (Maybe I do catch the drift and motive........)

Alberti's have belt loops and he's wearing a belt.

Ali is in Denim & Co pull-ons, no belt loops.
