Sorry, I didn't check the boards for a while.

 

A dirty martini is green olive juice, a splash of extra dry vermouth (optional) and vodka. The extra dirty version just means more olive juice. I garnish with a couple of blue cheese stuffed olives too! (Not a lot of carbs, but a lot of sodium)

 

My best friend likes even more olive juice to make hers, "Filthy Dirty."  It's a bit too salty for me.
