Re: ANOTHER POSTAGE RATE HIKE

I wish USPS would come out with better, more enjoyable forever stamps. Loved Peanuts, Mr. Rogers, the ice cream forever stamps.

Also, I like this stamp, but they only offer purchase of 100. With increasing price you'd hope they would offer better selections!

My rant!

Re: ANOTHER POSTAGE RATE HIKE

I hope I remember to buy quite a few before the rate increase.

I buy them at my local supermarket.

No choices, just whatever they happen to have in stock at the register.

Again, I'm hoping that, one day, the USPS will offer plain stamps at a reduced rate.

Although, I do like the beautiful options that are available now, especially during the holidays.

But, as I 'go back and forth' as usual, I also would like much lower rates, plain basic stamps.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

73 cents!  I have no problem sending out a letter traveling across multiple states for that small amount.  Yes, the amount has increased over the years, but a great many years have passed on. It's a cheap price. I'm grateful to still have the opportunity.

My dad still insists on paying bills by check.  He'll sure hate to hear this news.  Knowing him though, he'll just drive around town dropping checks off to various companies lol.  He won't pay anything online and trusts giving no one his bank information.

Yeah, my hubby age 82 is your dad's twin.
