[Lindsays Grandma]

This advice will make you laugh but you shouldn't follow it

1.   If you see a bear and don't have time to run away, hug it.  Bears cannot scratch their stomachs.

2.   While learning how to drive - "Always weave a little, and all the other cars will stay way from you."

3.   Stop reading!  You read too much; you're going to hurt your eyes.  Go watch TV for awhile.

4.   As a young boy scout a boy went camping with his group.  Their scout leader told them to use the leaves to wipe.  Turned out to be poison ivy.

5.   Just open another credit card, it's free money.  From a friend who is thousands of dollars in debt and has no idea she will eventually have to pay them off.

6.   Watching her young son run while holding a pair of scissors, his mom called out as he ran by; "When you are running with scissors, point them down."  "Or just don't run with scissors", his dad yelled out.

7.   When the young woman told her mom she wanted to earn a doctoral degree, her mom said, "Why?"  You'll be 50 years old when you complete it."  Her dad shot back, "She would be 50 years old anyway, Let her get her education."  She has a rewarding career as a university professor.

My younger brother actually did this (on his own, nature called, he grabbed a handful of leaves). Poor kid spent a miserable few days!

@vermint  While in college we were tent  camping and at night I went to the bathroom in the weeds. I had it inside every nook and cranny. Obviously allergic .To this day,  I still get it easily.  I used to have to get a steroid shot . I even got it in the Winter.

@SandySparkles    Forgot to mention, my computer arrived today, a day early, yay.  Won't set it up until after Thursday when I have my mobile pain mgt appointment.  The only thing I have left to buy is a chair for in front of my desk.  Have 2 in the cart at Walmart, eeny meeny minny mo...

I LOVE the color pink, and wearing pastel flowers in my hair (or wig) is my signature style.🌺 It's a way to be surrounded by happiness, even on a not so happy day.😁
