I don't know why this suddenly started, but I like them!   I keep them in one of my 'temp' folders for a while.

Emails that I don't want I just delete.  Smiley Happy

Very intriguing! I check my account, my Auto Deliveries, review my wish list etc regularly.
I wonder if these summaries are being sent to people who don't check their account at frequent intervals (possible?)
Also, I've checked off 'No' to emails of upcoming sales and such.
I don't use a QCard or pay by check.
Is this maybe a 'reminder'(?) to some who've had late payments on easy pay?

(bolded by me)  No, it's just a 'Monthly Summary' of activity on your Q account.

It tells how many purchases you made for the month, what ezpays you have coming up and where you are on that (in terms of e.g. - 2 ez payments left on xyz), and what auto-deliveries you have coming up in the next months, and the dates for them to process.

I've never been late with a payment, so I can verify that it's not about any kind of notice like that.

I really find them valuable and will probably keep each one for 2-3 weeks before deleting it (cuz I forget a lot and like seeing what ADs I have coming up).

That's also how I found out that I've been a customer since 1998.   Didn't know that.

I've been getting them for a while now too.  At first, I thought they were pretty useless.  But when I thought about all the account hacking going on and the fact that when I am not actively purchasing items I seldom check my account, I thought they were pretty useful.

So I not only don't mind getting the Account Summaries monthly, I like it.
