Looking gift ideas for a health and exercise conscious woman.

Since you are buying a gift do you know what type of particular things in which she is interested. There are a vast array of things that come under health and exercise conscious. Most all of my friends are this way to some degree, but that does not necessarily mean they share the same level or type of enthusiasm for the same type of things or exercises.

What type of exercises most interest her? What does "health conscious" mean in her particular case? I could throw out a lot of suggestion for both men and woman and it is likely none of them would be suitable gift for the recipient.

Can you narrow it down any?

I don't know what price range you're into. Does she have a Vitamix? I love mine!

Or does she have a membership to a gym? If not, maybe a guest gift card to a good one, or to a nice day spa.

In the lower range, a gift card to an athletic apparel shop. I go through running shoes incredibly fast. Or a nice new yoga mat, if she is into that.

A healthy or "clean eating" recipe book might appeal to her.
