That sounds good. But I'd fill them with chocolate and a strawberry.

I would actually prefer amaretto...

My friend sent me this...they have a summer camp in the Adirondaks...can't wait to try it out there this summer!

We are on Stage 2 fire restriction, so no campfires, but I love Kahlua. We make our own.

Has anyone ever made marshmallows from scratch?

I bought my Kitchenaid stand mixer for that purpose, after burning out the motors on 2 hand mixers.

It's a lot of fun...but you have to do it on a low humidity day....which means I won't be making any this week!

DO you have a tried and true recipe or method? I don't do much baking with my Granddaughters anymore because they have to eat Gluten-free stuff, so mixing up and baking Marshmallows would be ideal. My Kitchen-Aid needs some exercise. Smile

I don't remember where I read this, so if it was here, sorry I don't mean to steal anyone's idea...mix up a huge batch of your favorite margarita; pour it into Ball jars; put in freezer; have frozen margaritas at the ready whenever the mood strikes.
