Very true words to ponder. Thinking about your son. Wish one extremely cruel poster had chosen not to open your thread

@AuntG   Me too, and the 3 people that agreed with the post didn't need to do that either.  BUT most on here were very kind and I am grateful to all!

@BalletBabe  I think more times than not we agree on many subjects, but as one of those who did agree with the other poster in question, I do reserve the right to have and express, in this case somewhat passively, an opinion that might not be the one favored by most...  I think both of you made valid points and both have the right to make them... I appreciate both of your points of view...

Re: A SAD BUT IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL

I sure hope  for the safety of all our military that they restrict some of the programs in place . In the case of the other shooting , the military still needs to find more ways to help our men & women  who have  PTDS , depression and other  mental health issues  .

Sympathy to all the families .

Thanks to your son who had to perform a duty that no one should have to do.  ❤️

@BalletBabe I get your point about the father not living nearby. But I still believe any decent father grieves at the loss of a child, regardless of the child's age.

I also appreciated your original post. Very well said.
