14Kt. Gold Wire Necklace Questions

Good Afternoon..........I have a 14kt. gold wire necklace that I wear my gold coin on. In case I sell this gold coin when the price gets really high.......what can I put on my wire necklace (we used to call them dog collars in the early 90's)? I have been trying to find things online and yet nothing comes up. Do you know where I can go to look at gold pieces for my wire necklace? Do any of you have one? If so how do you decorate the necklace. My wire is in a circle of course with a hook in once piece. I love it yet I want something more to wear. I do have a piece that is my initials.
