Even after the attacks, the President of France stands by their freedom of speech.

Apparently this particular publication has repeatedly made fun of the prophet Muhammad even though their office was set on fire a few years ago as a retaliation for the caricature and jokes about Muhammad.

Charlie Hebdo is an equal opportunity satirical magazine. All religions were fodder for irreverence. Would your religion or belief system sanction such a heinous response?

I think we're already in WWIII. It just hasn't officially been stated as such. Their goals include flying their flag over our White House.

What will we do when IED's start blowing up on a daily basis on the streets of NYC, DC, LA and other cities?

I think it will finally wake everybody up. People who have been warning our government about this since 9/11 have been called bigots, racists, etc., and have been dismissed. Maybe now they will be taken seriously. I don't know if this will ever be a world war in the traditional sense, but the world (including peaceful Muslims) will have to unite to put this to a stop. We should have learned years ago that appeasement just does not work with extremists.
