I am curious as to how many Kindle Books other people have on their Kindles.

I buy many reasonably priced and free books and have almaost 400 books now on my Kindle.  I will never be able to read all of them but I will try to read as many as I can.

I have many books, probably about 2500.  What I have run into is that I don't always delete when I am finished with a book.  I have started sorting by A to Z so that I can see the authors.  Unfortunately, as soon as a favorite author comes out with a new book, I read that book first; but, there is always a new book out.  At some point, I will hopefully start deleting the ones that either I am not going to read or delete the ones that are not worth keeping.  What is unfortunate is that some authors have the same book under more than one title.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I'm sure I have at least a thousand (many/most were only a few dollars each).  As soon as I finish one, I delete it from my device but if I want to read it again I still own it.

I delete when I'm finished, but since I buy from Amazon, it is easy to have them sent back to the Kindle. Once you buy them they are yours.

I do the same. I have 223 books that I have read, and currently 53 unread. I haven’t been in the right frame of mind, lately, to sit and enjoy a book.

9930 I buy a lot of books.   I also have free books, which generally lead to buying more from that author.   I delete a lot of books I think are stupid.   Janet Evanovich and Joanne Fluke come to mind.   Those got so stupid and redundant I didn't even finish reading the ones I bought.

I have 888.  Some are special prices, many were bought when they first came out.  I have had a Kindle since about 2008 or so, so I've been at it a long time.  I have about 20 sample pieces I need to delete I see when looking at the list.

I have almost six hundred. I am an avid reader and I love cozy mystery series. So I order all of them in the series and read one after the other. There are always new ones that come out or if I am caught up on all my favorite ones I then find new ones and have to order all of them.
