do you use an app to keep track of books you've read, are reading and want to read? I'd like to try one. Any suggestions?

I only use the Goodreads site, to keep track of books that I have read.

Goodreads, also has  a feature where you can list books that you want to read.

I also print out authors works from (Fantastic Fiction),  for example David Baldaci, and lastly I have a word document that I plan on trasferring over to Goodreads.

I created my own Word document many years ago.  It is alphabetic by author.  Within each author block is an alphabetic listing oh his / her book titles read.  The far right column contains the books that I disliked.

I have shared the listing with folks who ask for recommendations when they will be in recovery from surgery, shut in during pandemic, etc.

I keep each page in a plastic sleeve.  It gets updated quarterly.  It is now 7 pages long.

I would like an app that could do that. I read mostly

e books purchased from Amazon. I like that under "Content and Devices" in my Amazon account I can search my list by author or title to see if I have purchased and read a particular book. I wish they would devise a way for me to rate my books. Just a simple 1 to 5 rating would suffice.

ok so I downloaded the Goodreads app, which seems fun. Also one called Book Tracker-simple and user friendly but limited features unless you pay the $10.99 for premium. I'll use both apps for a while and see which one I like best. This appeals to the list making, categorizing, review writing nerd in me. 🤓

I have a kindle and all I have to do is check my digital orders.

I set up Excel spreadsheets to keep track of my knitting and crochet non-digital books and magazines.
