This clean eating recipe is so easy! In a muffin tin lined with silicone or paper cups layer the following:
Ingredients:
-a couple tablespoons granola or cereal (I used kashi)
-a couple tablespoons fat-free greek yogurt (I used vanilla)
-a few pieces of fruit (frozen or fresh)
Freeze for a couple hours and keep in freezer for up to one week...eat right out of the freezer on your way out the door!
