My husband Martin proposed to me in June 2008 while hiking in Maine at Acadia National Park. As you can tell by my outfit, makeup-free face and shoe selection, I did not expect him to propose when he did. Granted, if I had known, I would’ve at least put a cuter look together starting with the shoes!
